It’s been almost a year since I first began to take a plunge into the great vast ocean of beauty blogging. And I’m pretty positive that no beauty blog is ever complete without a post on product empties, right? Right! Continue reading “Beauty Bytes: Trash Talk with This Month’s Product Empties”
Hello everyone! Today I am going to do a quick sheet mask haul and share with you what I got from my recent visit to Shopee. (And by recent, I mean a few weeks ago haha)
Here’s a truth about sheet masks: No matter how many times we buy them, we cannot seem to get enough of them. At 1-3 dollars apiece, they seem harmless on our budget. But sustaining a sheet mask routine on a long-term basis is definitely not a cheap habit to have.
Hello everyone! It’s time for another beauty review. Today’s spotlight is on this little fruity wash off mask from the Korean skincare brand, Half Moon Eyes. Continue reading “Beauty Review: Half Moon Eyes Pink Fruity Wash Off Mask”
Hello everyone! I’m going to share some of the sheet masks and peel off masks that I got from my recent trip to Watsons. (And by recent, I mean last month haha) I wasn’t able to post this mini haul on my blog last month as I was terribly lazy and in no mood to write or to take pictures back then. Yikes!
But today, I am glad to finally put up this blog post and to share with you some of the newest sheet masks in my collection.
Hello everyone! Today’s blog post is a review on these essence sheet masks from the K-Beauty brand named Lebaton. This brand offers a decent range of skincare products made from the finest natural ingredients and housed in simple unique packaging.
Happy first day of May everyone! Let’s begin this month with a beauty review on everyone’s all-time favorite soothing gel.
It is summer from where I live. The weather has been pretty unforgiving lately, and for the past two months of summer, the city has been roasting in the sweltering heat of the day. To adapt to this scorching season, I switched some of my skincare products and went for those that would best suit the summer weather.
I like to switch my skincare depending on the season. And when it comes to cleansing foams, I like something light and fresh that’s perfect for the summer weather.
Currently, I have three cleansing foams in rotation: one is the Piolang 4D Pore Balance Foam & Pack which takes me forever to use up, the other is the Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Cleansing Foam which is my all-time favorite cleanser and finally, the Innisfree Apple Juicy Deep Cleansing Foam which I am currently loving these days.
Happy first of April everyone! Let’s kick start the month with a beauty review on one of K-Beauty’s most popular skincare brand, Innisfree. But before we proceed to the actual review, allow me to extend my most heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in my first ever blog party and posted their congratulatory notes. Thank you very much!
I’m pretty sure that if there is one thing we K-Beauty lovers can’t get enough of, it would be sheet masks. No die-hard K-Beauty fan can possibly deny the convenience sheet masks bring in hydrating and moisturizing our skin.
Hello everyone! Let’s jump start this week with a first impression review on CosRx Top 3 Best Sellers. CosRx (Cosmetic + Rx) is a cult-fave Korean skincare brand which is best known for its state-of-the-art innovation in integrating high-quality natural ingredients with the most optimal scientific research and in creating effective skincare products for all skin types. With its HG status, it comes as no surprise that CosRx is raved and recognized by the global skincare community.
Hello everyone! Today’s beauty review is all about Nella Fantasia Honey One Snail Ultra Moisture Cream. Nella (or Nella Fantasia) is a Korean skincare brand under Planet Beauté Cosmetics. There wasn’t much information available on the Internet about the brand, but you can check out Nella Fantasia’s official website here.
Nothing can be completely frustrating than having a face so oily and greasy, it makes you look like a walking frying pan. And what can be more annoying than seeing your makeup melt just after a few minutes of putting it on? Everyone with oily skin knows the struggle.
I used to have excessively oily skin too, and this was the primary reason why I was attracted to K-Beauty. I was over my head trying to look for ways to combat grease and to prevent breakouts. In my search, I stumbled upon a lot of great K-Beauty products which work well for oily skin.
Hello everyone! Today’s beauty review is all about these cute and adorable sheet masks from a young Korean beauty brand named Y.E.T (Yes! Enjoy Time). This brand carries a decent range of cosmetics and skincare products at budget-friendly prices.
Aside from their cutesy packaging, the thing that caught me most about these sheet masks was the price. At Althea Korea, these sheet masks retail for only 24 pesos.
I knew I had to get some of these because for a sheet mask newbie such as myself, I am still not prepared to spend a fortune over these highly-raved Korean skincare staple known as sheet masks without first exploring my cheaper options. Thank heavens there are plenty of affordable sheet masks around.
Exfoliation is a very important part of the skincare routine. We cannot deny the awful truth that dirt and dead skin cells remain on the surface of our skin even after cleansing, so it is of great importance that we include exfoliation in our skincare regimen.
Exfoliation also aids and improves the skin’s capacity to absorb all the other skincare products (i.e. toner, serum, essence) that we slather on our skin. It is recommended to exfoliate once or twice a week.
Today’s beauty review is all about Onsaemeein Yogurt Peeling Gel. I purchased this peeling gel during Althea Korea’s Year-End Giveaway Sale last December. You can check my haul here.
I’ve been using this product since the New Year began (about three weeks now), and finally here are my thoughts on this cute and affordable peeling gel.
